Our Certified Staff

Our staff members are highly educated in their individual teaching sectors and strive to provide you a safe, effective workout each session. Everyone is insured, CPR Certified and trained for First Aid.

Stephanie Forbes Hudgins, Founder and Director
As a young dancer, Stephanie quickly confirmed movement was her passion. She choreographed for local high school theatrical plays, choral groups, dance troupes, and pageantry. While active in ballet, tap, jazz, and pointe, she was introduced to the Pilates method. She instantly connected with this fitness discipline. Keeping her interest for Pilates in mind, Stephanie went on to attend George Mason University (becoming a member of the GMU Dance Company) and Christopher Newport University earning a B.A. Communication Studies with a Dance Minor. Loving all forms of movement, she found it natural to pursue a career in fitness instruction.

Stephanie traveled between Richmond, Baltimore, Fairfax, and Palm Beach Gardens earning Pilates certifications from STOTT PILATES, AFAA, NETA, and All-American Pilates. She is a certified Pilates instructor, certified group fitness instructor, and has over twenty one years of dance experience. She fulfilled the dream of opening a studio in 2006. Stephanie is interested in a broad range of wellness topics. She has taken courses involving prenatal Pilates, postnatal Pilates, yoga and meditation. She attends several workshops and large conferences annually believing that fitness is an on-going process.

Stephanie is experienced in working with a variety of special needs including post-shoulder, knee and/or back surgery rehab, suffering from asthma, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, etc. She is enthusiastic, and enjoys helping clients achieve and maintain optimal health. Stephanie's greatest reward is having physically fit satisfied clients.
