"Pilates Etc. has helped me recapture the use of my body after 20 years of inactivity due to chronic back pain.  Stephanie patiently modified all the activities to my level of wellness and helped me to regain strength in my core (muscles) to be able to do the activities at full strength and now I am adding a cardio workout to my routine - I am even strong enough to add daily walking to my weekly workouts - I have lost over 20 lbs.  Thank you Stephanie and thank you Joseph

"At 51 years of age, after working at a job sitting at a computer for 25 years, I was having tremendous neck and back problems.  Since working out at Pilates Etc. (Private Sessions and Group Mat) I am pain free.  I have even been able to ride horses again.  I love life. My chiropractor is sad because I never go to his office anymore."

"I have been taking Pilates for several years now and I cannot begin to explain the difference in not only my physical, but mental well-being. I am more toned and have a stronger core than ever before. Each class I leave feeling strengthened and relaxed. After all this time, I can still say I truly look forward to each session."
